Dear Partner,
the Kayak Como Association is a place of exchange and sharing, created with a noble purpose. Its main goal is not to provide affordable kayaking service, but to create a community of kayak enthusiasts who can share their passion for this fascinating outdoor activity.
This association is the result of the constant work and dedication of some members who have made their efforts to make this dream come true. Their desire to spread the love of kayaking and make this experience accessible to as many people as possible is what gave birth to this wonderful reality.
The heart of the Como Kayak Association is the desire to share the emotions and beauty of nature that kayaking can offer. Each member is encouraged to contribute their knowledge and skills, thus creating an environment of mutual learning and cultural enrichment.
This exchange place offers the opportunity to participate in training events and social gatherings, where members can interact, make new friends and form bonds with people who share the same passion for kayaking.
Furthermore, the Como Kayak Association promotes respect and care for the natural environment in which kayaking activities take place. This means that members are committed to following ethical rules and sustainable practices to protect the lake ecosystem in which they operate.
It is a place of sharing, learning and preservation, created with passion and dedication by members who strongly believe in the power of kayaking to connect people with nature and each other.

FOR NEW MEMBERS
If you are a new member and would like to join our association, we invite you to make an appointment with us (Fulvio 331 16012376 or Mico 344 2301787) and come visit us at our headquarters. After a trial in the water, you can complete the membership application form, available on this page of the website or directly at the headquarters. Subsequently, it will be necessary to make a bank transfer. In the reason for payment, please also include the name of the new member,especially if the bank transfer is made by a third party.

Annual Fee
In order to access the facility and use the social materials, it is necessary to pay the annual fee of €120 (valid until 31/03 of the following year to payment).
Access Code
Once you have made the bank transfer, send a message to 3316012376. You will receive the access code once the bank transfer has been verified.
The access code is strictly personal (in case it is requested for various reasons, please invite the member, or presumed member, to contact 3316012376 for the necessary checks).
Disclosing the access code to strangers or members who are not in good standing with payments, will subject the member to the expulsion procedure from the association as per internal regulations.

€ 120 ordinary member expiring 31.03.2025 € 150 ordinary member + kayak deposit € 170 ordinary member + SUP deposit
Please note that as of 2021, kayak storage is no longer available for new members.

RULES ACCESS TO THE OFFICE
The access to the office will take place exclusively through the use of the key that you will find on the entrance gate in a small combination box.
Therefore the old keys and the code provided in 2019 will no longer be usable.
The new combination will be communicated to the member via a message at the time of the successful verification of the payment of the 2025 fee to be made by bank transfer.

Once the transfer has been made, send a message to 3316012376 and in the following 3/4 days you will receive the access code which is strictly personal (in case you are requested, for various reasons, invite the member, or presumed one, to contact 3316012376 to the necessary checks).

USE OF MATERIALS
read and confirm reading
- Sanitize equipment before and after each outing.
- wear a t-shirt under the buoyancy vest
- dry the kayaks with the sponges (hanging from the column).
- place them on the rack with the cockpit facing downwards (so as not to deform the hull)
- SUPs must be placed on the rack with alternating fins so that they do not get damaged.
- IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO LAND ON BEACHES WITH SUP, AND THEY MUST BE TREATED WITH EXTREME CARE.
- KAYAKS MUST NOT BE DRAGGED BUT TRANSPORTED ON THE SHOULDER / IN TWO / OR WITH THE TROLLEY AND STORED WHERE THEY WERE TAKEN
- At each exit, fill in the register in the drawer in a legible way.
- use only the numbered kayaks / sups and CHECK THAT THEY ARE NOT DAMAGED (especially the sup, which if used with holes will get soaked and compromise repair) FOR THE FIRST EXPERIENCES WITH SUP, USE INFLATABLES ONLY
- don't forget kayaks / jackets / paddles scattered around the yard.
- IF YOU WANT TO BRING A FRIEND FOR A TRIAL, always contact FIRST FULVIO AL 3316012376 and mark his name on the register of exits.The test must be aimed at a possible future registration and can be done only once. DO NOT USE FIBERGLASS SUPPORTS BUT EXCLUSIVELY THE INFLATABLES
- the LOCKERS in the changing room - they must be used in rotation (they must not be kept closed with personal padlocks.
- the gate must be closed when no one is present in the storage rooms or changing rooms and the key returned to the combination box.
- IT IS FORBIDDEN TO PARK motorcycles or cars inside the courtyard if the gate is open (it can be closed by the association managers without notice) .... parking is allowed if in possession of the padlock code given by a person in charge. ————————————————————
